200 people from waste rubber industry gather in Wuxi to discuss "high quality and sustainable" development

On November 16, 2023 China Rubber Industry Association Waste Rubber Comprehensive Utilization Branch Member Conference and Industry Sustainable Development Forum was held in Wuxi, Jiangsu.

The theme of the conference is "digital intelligent low-carbon high-quality sustainable development".

Lu Wumin, chairman of the Waste Rubber Comprehensive Utilization Branch of the China Rubber Association, delivered a welcome speech, and based on the current situation of the waste rubber comprehensive utilization industry, with the theme of "accelerating transformation and upgrading and practicing high-quality development", in resolving the pressure of raw materials, establishing brand awareness, accelerating green transformation, and strengthening Suggestions on communication and stabilizing the market.

Lei Changchun said that the comprehensive utilization of waste rubber is an important part of the complete upstream and downstream industrial chain of the rubber industry, and it is also an indispensable step in the green and renewable recycling of the rubber industry throughout the life cycle. Under the background of "3060 carbon peak and carbon neutrality" in China, the waste rubber comprehensive utilization branch still has a lot of work to do, and the industry also has great potential to be tapped.
