Japanese Industrial Standard JIS K6313 speculates on the rubber hydrocarbon content of reclaimed rubber as follows: the rubber hydrocarbon content of reclaimed rubber for automobile tires is 45% ~ 50%; The hydrocarbon content of reclaimed rubber for automobile inner tube is 55%; The hydrocarbon content of rubber rubber for rubber shoes and miscellaneous rubber reclaimed rubber is 30% ~ 40%. Experiments show that the physical and mechanical properties of tire reclaimed rubber are only 50% ~ 60% of the original vulcanizate. According to this calculation, 100 parts of reclaimed rubber contain about 50 parts of rubber hydrocarbon, which is equivalent to 30% of the performance of the original vulcanizate, that is to say, 100 parts of reclaimed rubber can only be used instead of 30 parts of reclaimed rubber. (5) The amount of reclaimed rubber should be reasonably considered according to the specific requirements of the product. Too much or too little will have a certain impact on the quality and economic benefits of the product.
