In theory, the amount of carbon black in the reclaimed rubber product increases continuously, and a kind of carbon black gel is generated in the vulcanization process, that is, the colloid formed after the rubber and carbon black are mixed. In the benzene extraction process, the insoluble part of rubber in the mixed rubber can reflect the increasingly obvious reinforcing effect of carbon black on the rubber compound), which will obviously increase the rubber molecules with reduced rubber activity, this reduces the reactivity between the reclaimed rubber and the vulcanizing agent, and delays the vulcanization.

Increasing the dosage of the agent will reduce the content of vulcanizing agent in the compound, while decreasing the concentration of accelerator will directly lead to the vulcanizing rate of the compound, the scorch time and the positive vulcanization time were prolonged.
According to the different stiffness of rubber, rubber can be divided into soft filler, semi-rigid filler and rigid filler, carbon black is a typical rigid filler. Within a certain range, through physical adsorption, the chemical bond is combined with the rubber molecular chain, so that the binding point of the carbon black particles and the rubber molecular chain increases, the hardness and modulus of the reclaimed rubber will increase, and the torque will also increase.
Shanxi reclaimed rubber manufacturers said that when producing rubber products with reclaimed rubber, the scorch time, positive vulcanization time and vulcanization speed of the rubber compound are short before carbon black is added. Due to the increasing amount of carbon black, the torque of reclaimed rubber will continue to increase and the vulcanization time will be prolonged. Therefore, in the production of rubber products, when using reclaimed rubber, the amount of carbon black must be reasonably controlled to integrate the influence of carbon black on the vulcanization and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber, in this paper, by adjusting the amount of carbon black, the vulcanization effect and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber vulcanizates are continuously improved, and the optimal amount of carbon black in reclaimed rubber products is sought.
