Qingdao Intelligent Manufacturing Upgrade Breakthrough Robot into Tire Enterprise
The reporter learned from the Qingdao Municipal Science and Technology Bureau on the 23rd that the "Twelfth Five-Year" National Science and Technology Support Plan "Research and Demonstration Application of Key Technologies of Economical Robot Systems for the Rubber Tire Industry" project undertaken by Qingdao has passed the acceptance of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Intelligent manufacturing promotes another breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing.
The project is led by Soft Control Co., Ltd. and jointly completed by Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Harbin Institute of Technology and North China University of Technology. It has invested 44.48 million yuan in research funds and received 9.48 million yuan in special funding support. The project lasted for three years and successfully developed four robot systems, including forming robot, embryo handling robot, embryo sorting robot and embryo gantry handling robot, which have been demonstrated and promoted in many large tire enterprises such as Sailun Jinyu Group, effectively solving the problems of labor-intensive and labor-intensive in the production and manufacturing process of the tire industry in the special environment, and improving the intelligent manufacturing level of the tire manufacturing industry, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
Up to now, the project has directly obtained economic benefits of 0.16 billion yuan and realized profits and taxes of 0.033 billion yuan through achievement transformation or technology transfer.
