1. Add recycled rubber
The tire cushion belt has high requirements for flex resistance, aging resistance, and tear resistance, and requires good tensile strength and small compression permanent deformation. After adding an appropriate amount of recycled rubber powder to the tire cushion belt, appropriately reduce the amount of carbon black, add a small amount of flow agent and tackifier, can reduce the cost of raw materials and improve the softness of the cushion belt under the premise of ensuring the physical requirements of the cushion belt. 3. Reclaimed rubber rubber powder
In the production of tire cushion belt, reclaimed rubber and reclaimed rubber powder can also be used together to reduce the cost of raw materials. In actual production, a small amount of butadiene rubber can be added to reduce the cost when using reclaimed rubber/rubber powder with natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber as raw materials to further improve the flex resistance of the rubber material. It is recommended to choose sulfur vulcanization system, with high wear-resistant carbon black and amine antioxidant to improve the mechanical strength and aging resistance of the tire cushion belt. An appropriate amount of inorganic filler was increased to improve the heat resistance of the compound and reduce the cost.
To reduce the production cost of tire cushion belt, rubber product manufacturers can not only use reclaimed rubber or reclaimed rubber powder alone, but also use reclaimed rubber and rubber powder together, and some products can also use all rubber renewable resources.
